In those where breakfast and lunch are offered, you have the opportunity to experience both at the same meal and only pay for the cheaper one, which is breakfast.
Book a late breakfast, about 15-30 minutes before the breakfast ends, so you can enjoy both breakfast options and lunch as they transition from one meal to the next. The transition starts 30 minutes after the breakfast end time, and you will only be charged the breakfast price.
