Wailulu Bar & Grill is officially open at the new Island Tower in Disney’s Polynesian Resort!

This casual, walk-up dining spot is perfect for lunch and dinner, serving flavorful dishes inspired by the cuisine of the South Pacific Islands.

Whether you're staying at the Polynesian or just stopping by, Wailulu offers a relaxing vibe with a menu sure to delight.

* Lunch & Dinner Hours: 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

* Breakfast Option: In the morning, Wailulu transforms into a quick-service spot with grab-and-go breakfast bites-perfect for those on the go.

* Convenience: Mobile ordering is available, allowing you to grab your food and enjoy it anywhere—perfect for those who prefer not to sit or stay at the bar.

We had the chance to try out the fresh new menu at Wailulu Bar & Grill, and we were impressed! Here are some of the highlights:

Starters

Ahi Tuna Crisps $17

Marinated Ahi Tuna, Crispy Fried Wontons, Avocado Crema, Sriracha Aïoli, Soy Glaze.

Musubi $12

Glazed Spam, Crispy Rice Pearls, Furikake, Sriracha-Honey.

Wayfinder Burger $23

Grilled Tuna Poke Bowl $22

Sushi-style Rice, Pickled Cucumbers, Vegetables, Spicy Poke Sauce, Macadamia Nuts, with Grilled Tofu.

Chocolate Cake $11

Salted Caramel Ganache, Coffee-Infused Chantilly Cream.

DOLE Whip Sundae $8

Hibiscus Meringue, Macerated Pineapple and Berries.

Hibiscus Margarita $17.50

Teremana Blanco Tequila, Sorel Liqueur, Cinnamon Syrup, Hibiscus, Agave.

Lili’uokalani Mai Tai $16.50

Lili’uokalani Tea-Infused Vodka, Jamaican Rum, Passion Fruit, Guava, Lime, Orgeat (Almond), Falernum.

The food was absolutely amazing—we thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes we tried.

However, the cocktails were a bit underwhelming. For the price, I expected more, especially considering there are better options available at Disney.

That said, the food overall is delicious, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the views? Simply breathtaking!

Wailulu Bar & Grill is a walk-up spot, so reservations aren’t required to dine here. However, parking at the resort is restricted unless you’re staying there.

Here’s how you can visit Wailulu Bar & Grill:

• Park at the Magic Kingdom Transportation and Ticket Center, then take a short walk to the resort.
• Take a Disney bus from any of the parks or Disney Springs directly to the Polynesian Resort.
